Because of this deeply personalised nature, our products and sessions are non-refundable once preparation has commenced.
All purchases made on SpiritualBird — including Soul Index Reports and 1-on-1 sessions — are final and non-refundable.
Once payment is received and your order is confirmed, the preparation process begins immediately. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of personal dissatisfaction, change of mind, or expectations not aligned with the spiritual nature of our guidance.

You are fully responsible for providing accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth). Refunds cannot be issued for reports affected by incorrect or incomplete information submitted at the time of ordering.
If you realise you have submitted incorrect details before your report preparation begins, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate the correction.
For 1-on-1 live sessions, cancellations must be requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled session time. Late cancellations will be treated as completed sessions and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Rescheduling requests made in advance are accommodated once at no extra charge.
We are committed to delivering your Soul Index Report within 24–48 hours of receiving your payment and completed birth details form.
If your report has not been delivered within 48 hours and you have not received any communication from our team, please contact us immediately. We will either deliver your report promptly or work with you to find an appropriate resolution. Your trust matters to us.
