Your report is generated using our proprietary Soul Index Report™ framework together with AI-assisted writing tools, based entirely on the details and responses you provide. Each report is individually produced for you.
Users are solely responsible for providing accurate birth details including date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth, and for providing a valid email address they can access, as this is how reports are delivered. Incorrect or incomplete information may significantly affect the accuracy of your report.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, or to submit information about another person without their knowledge and consent.
SpiritualBird will not be held liable for inaccuracies arising from incorrect data submitted by the user.
All prices are displayed on the relevant service page before purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, and we do not store your card or banking details.
For international customers, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction charges, which are outside our control. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, though changes will never affect an order already paid for.
Reports are delivered electronically to the email address you provide, typically within 24–48 hours of payment and receipt of your completed details. Full details are set out in our Delivery Policy.

All SpiritualBird content — including but not limited to reports, branding, website design, text, imagery, and the Soul Index Report™ methodology — is protected intellectual property owned exclusively by SpiritualBird.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use any part of our content without prior written permission. Your report is provided for your personal use.
SpiritualBird reserves the right to modify, pause, update, or discontinue any service or pricing at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, and any order already paid for will either be fulfilled or fully refunded.
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. By using SpiritualBird, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide services to minors, and we will cancel and refund any order we identify as having been placed by someone under 18.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or connected to your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the contents of a report.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any statutory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India — without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence.
