SpiritualBird provides digital services only. We do not ship any physical goods, and no shipping charges apply to any order.

Your Soul Index Report is delivered electronically, as a digital document sent to the email address you provide when placing your order.

⏱️ Delivery Timeline

Soul Index Reports — delivered within 24 to 48 hours of receiving both your payment and your completed birth details form.
1-on-1 sessions — conducted at the date and time confirmed with you at the point of booking. Joining details are sent to your email in advance.

The 24–48 hour window begins once both your payment and your completed form have been received. If your form is incomplete, we will contact you and the timeline begins once we have what we need.

💰 Delivery Charges

There are no delivery or shipping charges. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable.

🌍 International Delivery

Because delivery is entirely digital, we serve customers worldwide with no difference in delivery time or cost. Reports are delivered in English.

📬 If Your Report Doesn't Arrive

If 48 hours have passed and nothing has arrived:

Check your spam or promotions folder — automated emails often land there.
Confirm your email address was entered correctly at checkout.
Contact us using the details below. We will re-send your report immediately, or issue a full refund if you prefer.

📌 We keep a copy of your report for up to 24 months, so we can always re-send it if you lose the original or change email address. Just ask.

✏️ Incorrect Email Address

If you realise you entered the wrong email, contact us with your order details and the correct address, and we will re-send at no charge.
